Purawesi Balaya organization has denied
the statement of President Maithripala Sirisena on arraigning Former Defense
Secretary and Former Navy Commanders was wrong.
Gamini Viyangoda stated that 6.2
million people voted for Maithripala Sirisena on January 8 were not only SLFP
members. Therefore that kind of statement cannot be expected from President. He
declared this in a press release today (14).
Although Gotabhaya Rajapaksha and Other
Commanders should be legalized to the common law in Sri Lanka, but through the
president’s statement that could be negated. PB had done vital role for the
victory of President Maithripala Sirisena.
